Women's Ministry

“For you are all children of the light and children of the day. We don’t belong to the night nor to darkness. Because of this encourage the hearts of your fellow believers and support one another, just as you have already been doing.”

1Thess 5:5, 11

About Our Women’s Ministry

Our goal for Ignite Faith Church Women’s Ministry is to provide a time and place for women to gather, to form relationships for encouragement and edification, to seek God together and to stand alongside one another in prayer and support. If you ever have need of prayer, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page. We are here for you.

 What to Expect

During our time together we will focus on getting to know one another, sharing insights from the videos we are watching, and supporting one another in prayer.

We understand that many of our women are already involved in other bible studies or have committed to their own personal studies, so there is no home study required for participation in our meetings. However, we want to provide options for further study at home if that is what you are looking for. It is entirely up to you, depending on your resources and your schedule, how much additional study you want to pursue.

∙Each week we will hand out optional suggestions for further study.
∙Or, if you are able, we encourage you to purchase and follow along in the
*Books available on Amazon and Lifeway.

    About the Study

    TRUSTWORTHY, Lysa Terkeurst (September 19, 2023 – November 28, 2023)

Are you exhausted trying to keep everything under control because you fear God won’t come through?
When hard times come and it seems God is deviating from the plan we assume our lives should follow, we’re much more likely to want to tame God, not trust Him. It’s then that we begin to press into our own ways and our own timing. No human can carry the weight of being their own god, but so many of us try. Join Lysa TerKeurst in Israel as she honestly reveals the places of distrust in her own heart while exploring the deeply personal and applicable Scriptures that will teach us how to truly trust God.

    Faith and Fire, ELIJAH , Priscilla Shirer (January 9, 2024 – April 16, 2024)

Elijah emerges as the choice of unapologetic truth during a time of national crisis and moral decline. His ministry was marked by tenacious faith and holy fire – the same kind you will need in order to remain steadfast in current culture. Join trusted Bible teacher Priscilla Shirer for a fresh look of Elijah and the difficult choices of obedience that kept him anchored, sharpened his faith, broadened his impact and invited heaven’s fire to fall.
